Welcome to PurePlexion Aesthetics! I'm Kelly, and I'm passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. My journey into medical aesthetics began in healthcare. I began my career working in cardiac theatres assisting Anaesthetists and Surgeons in their practice. I have experience in all specialties including plastic surgery and have worked amongst award winning surgeons across the region. My career has led me to Education where I have spent time perfecting my skills in order to teach the next generation of healthcare professionals. I am currently a lecturer at University, teaching student doctors practical elements of their training. Alongside my day job over the past 6 years, I've dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of aesthetic treatments. I have always been creative and I love making people feel better about themselves!
What sets me apart is my extensive medical background and formal qualifications. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning (PgCert), I'm registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am trained in Advanced Aesthetics and therefore comfortable with managing complications and emergency situations. I've had the experience of working in professional healthcare teams in high pressure environments sharing knowledge and practising skills. Leading by example through my teaching I am consistently reinforcing the importance of evidence based knowledge and best practices.
My experience has given me an unparalleled understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and the importance of evidence-based treatments. My medical training ensures that every procedure I perform meets the highest clinical standards.

Running my clinic during evenings and weekends allows me to provide the best standard of care to the aesthetic industry.
Outside of my clinics life is full and lively! I am a busy mum of two energetic toddlers who keep me and my husband on our toes when I am not chasing after them, I’m indulging in my passion for interior design turning our home into a cosy stylish haven. We share our space with two lovable spaniels Jasper and Leo who are always up for an adventure. As a family we love walking and spending time outdoors, being together outside is our happy place!
